Relay 2 (COM and NO) goes to the EXT terminals on the heat pump's sensor board 114, and menu 5.7 on the heat pump is set to 1. The controller blocks the most expensive windows of the day, never during a boost, and keeps fixed limits: at most 2 h per block, at least 1 h of free running between blocks, at most 3 blocks a day. With no power the contact is open and the heat pump runs normally. The room limit needs the room sensor.

The controller finds the cheapest continuous period of this length between the two hours, for example 60 min between 22 and 7. Keep it short: a long boost lets the water and the compressor run hotter. Hard limit 240 min.
